About This Class

HONEY Yoga classes are open to all levels—perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. The sessions use a Kapha Yoga approach.

Feel more balanced, refreshed, and energized through mindful movements that connect body, mind, and breath. Each session is designed to improve flexibility, build strength, enhance stability, and support better posture—helping you feel your best, inside and out.
